Change..


Good evening! 

As you may have noticed, all my old blog posts have disappeared!

I have made the decision to remove my old posts on fashion and beauty and start the blog from afresh. Although I possess a genuine interest in fashion and beauty I have something new I want to write about and document. Namely health and fitness. 

I want to steer my blog away from predominately beauty and my fashion and focus mainly on health and fitness. 

The things that you can expect to see from my blog are:

1. My workouts - what works for me and what I enjoy.

2. My progress

3. Recipes - although I am far from a nutritionist.

4. What I wear to work out.

5. My quest to complete a 5K run - yes, currently I can't run 5k in a good time.

6. Food diaries - I will be including the sneaky pack of sweets or chocolate - I want it to be a truthful account. These may be rounded up on a Sunday or may post daily. 

7. Fashion - my own personal style and what I wear on a daily basis 

8. Beauty - I am still on a quest for the perfect foundation!

So, as you can tell I am still keeping an element of fashion and beauty on the blog but I want my main focus to be health and fitness as it is slowly but surely becoming an obsession of mine that I want to share.

I will document my progress and my set backs. My aim is to give you all a REAL account of my fitness and eating. I will not be hiding that naughty bar of chocolate or the burger that I will inevitably have. Its important to not punish yourself for those biscuits or glasses of wine as healthy living and eating is a lifestyle - not something that can be determined with a deadline. 

There will be setbacks and there will be times when you fall off your healthy eating bandwagon but the most important thing is to pick yourself up back onto the bandwagon and again, don't punish yourself.

I am looking forward to the new direction of my blog and can't wait to begin this journey..
